Secondary Fermentation Glass 10 Weeks

Procedure Mash @ 150F for 75 min. Mash out @ 168 for 10 min. Sparge with 170F, until 8 gallons is collected. (partygyle remainder, recipe to follow...) ferment at 68F until primary fermentation ceases. Rack into secondary for about 10 weeks.
