Description
Light ABV Brown Ale for a day of drinking with friends, slightly malty and light carbonation. The FG was unexpected based on the yeast used, fg should have been a few points higher.

Procedure heat 3 gallons of water to boil with brown sugar and grain, pull grain at 168* and sparage with 1 quart of water at 170* and brown sugar for 60 minutes, add hops according to schedule, At 60 munits remove hops and add malt extract and water to 5 gallons and allow to air cool with lid on pot to 80* place wort in fermenter and allow to cool to 75* pitch yeast and move to secondary after fermentation is complete (10 days) My fermentation was done after 3 days odd as it seems I let it sit 7 more days with no change in gravity. Bottle with 5 oz corn sugar.
