Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Aroma filled with incredible tropical fruit aromas mixed with fresh pine. Very smooth, clean, bitterness paired with a soft mouthfeel and an enjoyable, lingering, aftertaste. Hoppy!

Procedure Used Liberty hops and pilsener liquid malt extract, a little carapils for mouth-feel and a little cane sugar to give at a boost. Pitched one vial of WLP862 at 55'F. Fermented at 55'F 6 days, raising to 60'F by the 8th day. Held at 60'F 14 days before kegging.
