Description
A maltier than usual IPA I've been making and tweaking for a while now.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Hoppy aroma, but it doesn't punch you in the nose. Creamy off-white head that lasts. First sip is dominated by piney, grape fruit, flavors, but finishes with a certain degree of sweetness. Overall, a hoppy experience with malty notes that help it finish smooth and have a pleasant after taste.

Procedure Pitched to a yeast cake from an Irish red. Cruised through primary fermentation, once I got near my target FG I put in the garage where it cold conditioned at 55deg. F for a 2-3 weeks. Turned out hoppy, smooth, and quite drinkable, dangerous winter IPA.
