This is actually a BJCP style 9E Strong Scotch Ale only the FG is out of style parameters (finished 4 points lower than limit) filtered w/3 micron filter after secondary My wife Nancy has been a Scotch Ale fan but is getting hooked on hops Alcohol calculation is way off in this recipe caluculator, it came out @ 8.66%

Procedure Batch sparge using 1.25 qts water/lb mash temp 153, sparge temp 164 pitched 1L yeast, used o2 injection OG was 1.080
