Procedure Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. Add the first 6lb's of LME for the full boil time, and add the last 3lb's at 15 min left. Cool wort to 80 degrees and add water up to 5 gallons. Aerate wort for 5-10mins and then pitch yeast. Use a blow off hose to eliminate a huge mess. Let ferment 7 days then rack to carboy for another 7 day period. Bottle with 1 cup corn sugar. Bottle condition for minimun of 2-4 weeks.
