Description
An attempt at the delicious Celebration Ale S.N. puts out every year around the holidays. Used the description of the beer from the S.N. website to set my target IBU and ABV. Also a bit of influence from the Rogue Santa's Private Reserve ale, upped the malt in this one a bit to match the hint of sweetness in Santa's Private Reserve.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Slightly malty, although I would've added a bit more to give it a firm malty base. Failed to dry hop, so not a huge hop aroma, but strong bitterness and hop flavor on the finish. Tasty holiday ale, but doesn't quite have the hop kick I wanted, attribute it to not dry hopping. Cry Havoc fermented well after a slow start (about 36 hours) around 65 degrees for the first 5 days. Fermented 3 more weeks around 60 degrees before bottling.
