Procedure boil 2.5 lbs of honey, 6 lbs briess dark malt, 1tsp. gypsum, add 3/4 oz. perle hops, at 30 min. 1/2 oz perle hops,and irish moss at 55 min add 1/2 tsp willamette hops. prime w/ 3/4 cup corn sugar, wait 2 weeks and enjoy. Taste definitely improves w/ age.
