Tasting Notes Smooth and tasty as hell should have added some Irish moss for clarifying but the taste is not lost in the cloudy beer..

Procedure steeped all grains in cold water and brought to 165 held for 30 minutes and sparged with 185 degree water. Added extract and boiling hops and remaining hops in order. Boiled for 60 minutes chilled to 72 degrees in 6 minutes with wort chiller, aerated heavily and pitched yeast. fermentation began in 15 hrs and lasted 7 days gravity went from 1.065 down to 1.022 with primary fermentation. Transferred to secondary and left for 6 days till F.G was 1.015 and racked into 3 5L mini kegs and 3 1L flip top bottles.
