Description
My first stout - a simple chocolate stout; trying for a smooth balance of chocolate without overpowering hops

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes The head and head retention is not what I had hoped for, but the flavor makes up for it. Has the smooth, chocolaty (sp?) that I was shooting for. Nothing is overpowering - this has a great balance. Very drinkable.
