Recipe Details
Tasting Notes This beer turned out very well. I like to taste throughout the brewing process and I knew this one would be good long before it was bottled. I started drinking it only a few days after bottling. It was great even flat. It keeps getting better but I'm runing out too fast.

Procedure 3 gallon boil with 3 lbs of LME and 1 lb of DME. add last 3 lbs of LME at 50 minutes into boil. top up to 5.5 gallons in primary, dry hop 4 days before bottling. I believe that the IBU of this beer is closer to 50-60. I don't know how to compensate for the last addition of the LME.
