Tasting Notes Nutty, with a lingering finish of beany roasted barley, sweet chocolate, and grapefruit for miles. The late hop addition should be made earlier; I find the Cascade aroma obnoxious, though it was widely praised by a panel of about 10 tasters. Light residua
