Procedure Steep specialty grains at 155* for 20 min. Add dry and liquid malt extract and bring to a boil, then add .5 oz. of Columbus hops. After 45 min. add .5 oz. of Amarillo and 1 tsp. irish moss. Add .5 oz. of Amarillo last 5 min. of boil. Other hops could be substituted with a similar AA, I just had plenty of these that I had to use up.
