Procedure steep speciality grains at 150* for 20 min. add liquid and dry malt, bring to a boil add 2 oz. Columbus hops. add .5 oz. Amarillo hops at 30 min,40 min, 50 min, and 55 min. add irish moss last 15 min. cool to 75* add yeast. Ferment at least two weeks.
