Tasting Notes A dark porter with lingering bittersweet complexity and wonderful aroma.This beer will be darker and have a bit more alchohol than the calculator show's,simply because i measured the Brown sugar and molasses in capacity unit's not weight

Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast Wyeast 1764 Pac-Man yeast (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass, 14 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 7 days
Other Fermentation Dry Hop during secondary
Procedure Bring grains and 3 gallons water to 135*f hold for 20 minutes.Then bring the temperature up to 158-160*f let rest for 30 minutes.Remove grains and bring to boil.Add malt,molasses,brown sugar and bittering hops.After 30 minutes add flavor hops,add aroma hops during last 1 minute.Cool,pitch yeast and ferment for 2 weeks at 60-64*f.Secondary at same temp with dry hops for 1 week and bottle with 3/4 cups corn sugar when done.
