Description
IPL Hybrid. Somthing fit for the feast of a victorious battle! First bach was an ale, i found lagering was best suited for this gilded libation.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes First few glasses were a bit heavy{which i like} (the ale batch) but as the keg aged it mellowed to be VERY drinkable so dont get carried away, you may wish to bottle this one. Lagering it gave it a pristene palate.

Boil Volume 6.50 gallons
Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.50 gallons
Yeast Pacman (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass,7 days
Secondary Fermentation glass, 4 weeks

Procedure Target temp 151 F. For 60' Lauter with 6.5 Gal, 175 F H2O over 1hour 10 minutes. Collect 6.5 Galons Used 3rd generation yeast, and o2 for 2 minutes. First brewed with hops no longer available so substituted with Sorachi Ace SG was 1.056 Lager at 50F any colder and Pacman will drop out. Try WPL885 if you wish for a colder age
