01C. American Lager, Classic American Pilsner
Description
Expected this to be a Vienna style lager using San Francisco lager yeast at warmer temps, but came out more like a Classic American Pilsner.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Fairly dry, slightly grainy, very refreshing summer brew. Very clean and lager-like. If I do it over again, I'll probably boil a little longer (75 or 90 minutes) and may add a half lb of carapils for a little more body.
