Tasting Notes Wonderful toasty malt notes, with a solid hop character throughout. The peppery finish is subtle exactly as planned.

Procedure A standard Extract + Steeped Grain procedure. Chile flavor obtained in 2 parts from vodka extraction. First the extract was steeped for 1 week, then added to the secondary fermenter. The chiles were then re-extracted for an additional 2 weeks, and the rest of the chile extract was added at bottling.
