Description
Pennsylvania Pale Ale - Tastes a bit like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Very good session type brew. A little hoppy with the dry hops. OG was 1.049 for me.

Procedure Steep Crystal 40L grains at 175 degrees for 30 mins. Bring to a boil, add extract, and follow hop schedule. Add 1 oz. sweet orange peel with 15 minutes left in the boil. Bottle condition for at least 2 weeks. Chill and enjoy.
