Other Fermentation Age in keg 12 days.
Procedure Mash grains at 152 degress F. Lauter and sparge with 170 degree F water until 6 gallons wort collected. Primary fermentation, bucket or glass, 12 days. Transfer to keg for another 12 days with 2 oz cascade hops for dry hopping. force carbonate for 1-2 weeks, enjoy!
