Description
A Baltic Porter is a lagered variation on a Porter Ale. I describe it as a mix between a Dopplebock and a Barleywine.

Tasting Notes The last three malts listed here are not what I used, nor should be what you should use. They are place holders for malts that I couldn't find in the database. I used: 0.5 # Cara-Aroma (350 SRM) , 0.5 # Carahell Wheat Malt (55 SRM) and 0.25 # Melanoidin Malt (35 SRM) This may be my favorite brew yet!
