Tasting Notes Hops. im hoping for a bit of carmel too, and bready.

Yeast Coopers Ale yeast (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic, 5-7 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 7 days
Other Fermentation Bottle Carbonation & Conditioning, 2 weeks
Procedure mash for an hour, add your extract, boil for an hour. thats pretty much it. add an irish moss tablet (1 tbsp i think) at 15 minutes towards the end of the boil.
