Procedure Steep grains 30 min in 1 gal water @ 150, "sparge" with 1 gal 165-170. Bring volume to 3.5 gal, bring to boil. Remove from heat and add extract. Make sure extract is disolved, bring to boil and follow timetable for hop additions. Cool to pitchable temp, add to primary with yeast.
