Procedure Steep grains for an hour at 155 degrees and then add extract, 20 oz. of good quality maple syrup, and 2 oz. of northern brewer hops and boil for an hour. At 30 minutes add Fuggles hops and during last 10 minutes add 1 oz. of Cascade hops and 10 oz. of maple syrup. Age in primary for two weeks and in secondary for 2 weeks. Bottle with 16 oz. of maple syrup. Age in bottle for several months. The longer you wait the better it will be.
