Shooting for a mild lawn mowing pale with some hop character without breaking the bank.

Yeast Wyeast, 1007, German Ale (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass, 21 days

Procedure Mash at 150F for 60 min, sparge with 160F water until collecting 6.5 gal, boil 75 min adding hops according to recipe. Cool to 60F and pitch yeast. Ferment 21 days on primary. If fermentation is not complete and beer not clear, leave another 7 to 10 days. Rack to keg, carb slowly by adding 10psi for 7 to 10 days. Enjoy! Oh, and don't forget to mow the lawn ;P
