06A. American Pale Ales, American Pale Ale
Description
This was an attempt at a cloen of Sixpoint Craft Ale's Sweet Action. While I believe it slightly missed the mark for a direct clone, it's a fantastic beer with lots of hop flavor and aroma! The color shown to the left is actually dead on.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes This beer poured with a nice, two fingered bright white head. Lacing throughout the glass as I drank. Huge hop aroma which was very pleasent. Hop flavor is balance nicely with the sweetness of the crystal malts and the maltyness of the munich. I think if I had lowered the munich, the sweetness would shine. Slight bitterness at the end of the sip.
