Boil Volume 5.00 gallons
Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast white lab 007 (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 4-5 days
Secondary Fermentation glass carboy, 5 days
Other Fermentation
Procedure After secondary, I take it straight to the keg and set my CO2 up high to atleast 50psi, give it a good shake and let it sit for at least 4 days to force carbonation. Just make sure to relieve all that pressure before you tap it or you'll make a mess!
