Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Very drinkable session ale. Great hop aroma and flavor but not huge. Great 2 fingered head and great retention. Head was almost like meringue like. Good malty sweet and hop balance.
Awards Second Place in Catergory 10c at the Patriot Homebrew Competition.

Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 6.00 gallons
Yeast Wyeast 1056 American Ale (77% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass approx. 7 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass approx. 10 days

Procedure Mash grains in 3.75 g @ 152 for 60 minutes. Used 5 oz of priming sugar at bottling and conditioned at 65f for 2 weeks.
