Recipe Details
Tasting Notes A little darker than I was expecting. Will lighten it up a bit next time, and add a little more of the spice mix, possibly during bottling.

Procedure For the pumpkin, I used two small pie pumpkins that were quartered and seeded. Place pumpkin on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with half the spice mixture. Bake for 1.5 hrs at 350F. Steep the grains for 30 mins at 155F. Cube the pumpkin and place in brew pot with extract, gypsum, Kent Goldings and remaining spice mixture. Boil for 1 hour, adding other ingredients at specified times.
