Description
A nice easy to make and easy to drink Pale Ale. It's always on tap at my Haus, thus the Haus Ale. It light enough to appeal to a broad range of people, from craft beer drinkers to the occasional BMC drinker.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes A nice clean Ale with a bit of breadiness from the Vienna. The single hop makes it simple, but give it a nice balance with the malt. Overall, a great session beer. Very quaffable.
Awards No competition awards, but it surely has a peoples choice award as over 1,000 gallons have been brewed this year by homebrewers across the country. It's a very popular recipe. Enjoy!
