Belgian Blonde with a hop bump for flavor and aroma. Used sub hops for conventional belgian hop types. Glacier for Styrian Goldings (NOTE: Not Styrian but Glacier @ 6.4% AA. No choice for Glacier on pull down) Liberty for Hallertauer Sterling for Saaz

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Spicy hop nose and flavor, fruit from yeast, dry finish with medium bitternes. Next tme may raise mash temp a couple of degrees for a little more body. Overall, I'm pleased with the level of hoppiness and balance.
