Description
An original Saison recipe that was made as an experiment to the use of tea bags in a beer. Also was made to get rid of some excess malt and hops from past brews.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Very strong tea flavor, not a lot of hop flavor, very smooth summer tasting beer, sort of tastes like a cider. If I could remake this beer, or if someone were to attempt to make it, I would suggest starting with only 30-35 bags of tea and taste before adding any more to fermentation.
