Procedure put 1 tsp and 1/2lbs 3 degree lovi and .25 lbs roasted barley in water until boil then removed grains. took off heat added 4.25 lbs of plain extra light DME put back on heat brought back to boil added 1 oz. cascade hops whole boil for 60 min. with 30 mins. left of boil added 1 tsp of irish moss. with 15 min. of boil left added another 1 oz. cascade hops whole. with 5 mins. left added styrian goldings whole to wort
