Procedure Single infusion mash 1.5 qt per pound, mash @ 152 F 90 minutes Since I have extremely hard water I used 50/50 municipal water and distilled water Whirlfloc (2 Tablets) @ 10-15 minutes Centennials @ knockout @ 170 for steeping for 35 minutes, then continue to chill down to 65F For what ever reason.. Promash differs with Tasty Brew Program. Especially with the IBU's Promash: SRM 10.2 IBU's 68.3 SG 1.066 FG 1.012 Hop Pellets this years harvest.. Note Alpha Values
