Recipe Details
Tasting Notes First use of kit since my first attempts, but won't waste them, since already had them. The honey is plentiful here on Kauai and comes in many flavors. For all intents and purposes i don't differentiate them in recipe, because the kind on hand is what you get. I think this one used a Macadamia Honey.

Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 4.00 gallons
Yeast Muntons Ale (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass 7 day
Secondary Fermentation Glass 7 day
Other Fermentation Condition in btl for 10 days
Procedure Boil water, add LME and Honey and DME. scoop honey residue from boil. careful not to burn. Bottled with 1/2 lb corn sugar into 21 wine bottles and they had a nice, light carbonation.
