Description
Created this recipe in mind for a light bodied beer with a good alcohol kick. Named in honor of my wife. OG was actually 1.078 so ABV was 8.75%

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Nice light body and easy to drink. The spice was pretty heavy at first, but after six months, it really balanced out. Now it's been a year since it's been in the bottle and it's by far one of my best beers.
