Procedure added 1 lbs. biscuit grain to water removed at boil then added 6.6 lbs lme and 4 lbs of dme to wort and brought back to a boil then added U.K. target hops (whole) for 60 mins. added 1 tsp. irish moss last 30 min. of boil then added fuggles hops(whole) the last 5 min. of boil pitched yeast at 80 degrees
