Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Unfortunately made it for friends and moved out of town before it was ready to drink. Although all reports have been positive. Good POM taste. Not as fruity as an ApricotWiezen, more of a wheat beer with a POM follow-up.

Initial fermentation of 7 days (plastic bucket) - Added 3/4 of a bottle of Amoretti Pomegranate Juice Concentrate (65 brix) (All natural no added sugars, preservatives, colors etc. (http://www.amazon.com/Amoretti-Pomegranate-Juice-Concentrate/dp/B00077YF3E). Racked on top into secondary 10 days.
