Primary Fermentation Glass, 7 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 7 days
Other Fermentation
Procedure Steep grains for 15 minutes at 155F-160F. Boil. Add Extracts slowly. Boil for 60 minutes adding hops as directed. Ferment for 7 days, then when moving into secondary add your last ounce of pellet hops. Tastes best after aging 2 weeks.
