Tasting Notes Very dry in the first couple of days but became very smooth after aging.

Yeast wyeast pacman (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Plastic Conical, 7 days @ 70 deg
Secondary Fermentation Plastic Conical, 7 days @ 50 deg
Other Fermentation Bottle condition for 2 weeks
Procedure Single temp infusion at 150 F. Batch sparging 2.5 times. Got an OG of 1.050 In fermenter at 70 for 7 days then drop to 50 to settle out. Would have changed the bittering hops to something with more AA if could do over.
