Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Nice body and mouthfeel for a lighter SRM beer. Feel free to modify the hop bill to achieve a hoppy pilsner like quality in this ale. I acutally added Columbus by accident on batch 2 (of 5), and was quite pleased with the results. Since then I have stuck with Hallertau to keep consistent.
Awards None officially, but my beer snob friends love it.
