Procedure Dissolve the Mutons Amber DME and the Mutons Dark DME in 3.0 US Gallons of brewing water. Boil the wort for 60 mins with the Chinook Pellet hops and add the remaining hops in the list at the times indicated before the end of the boil. After the boil, cool the mixture and transfer it to fermentation vessel. Add enough cald water to make 5.0 US Gallons in the fermenter. Pitch the yeast when the mixture is cool.
