Description
This one turned out pretty good. Nice malt flavor and aroma. Reminds me of a Bock, but not as strong on the malt side. Maybe the best I've made so far. Simple and sweet. Developed using "Designing Great Beers".

Procedure Mash at 148 degrees for 90 minutes. Dusseldorf water profile: CA 40, MG 0, Na 25, SO4 80, CL 45, HCO3 60. Primary below 60 degrees for up to 2 weeks, and secondary in low 40's for as long as you can. Recipe calculated at 85% efficiency.
