Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Chocolate...can I say more. It has a very smooth coco feel, followed by a crisp hop feel just for a second, and washed away with a slight hint of caramel. Best beer I've ever made.

Secondary Fermentation glass 7 days (optional)

Procedure Steep grains @155F, for 35 minutes. Add Amber, Belgian Choclate, American Chocolate, add Light dry malt, and caramel. Bring to boil for 60 min. Add Fuggles and Northern brewer hops 30 min. into boil. Add chinook last 10 minutes.
