Description
First brewed to please my BudMilOors friends - everyone loves it. I've brewed this nine times now, tweaking the recipe a little. This is the perfect summer thirst quencher. I have dedicated a tap on my fridge to this beer.

Procedure Do not boil the honey - stir in at flameout just before chilling. I boil in a converted Sankey. I only boil about 14.5 gallons to start then have to add water after chilling to get 15 gallons at finish.
