Procedure Mash grain bill (minus sugars) at 174 degrees F in 4.2 gallons of water in a converted Rubbermaid mash/tun for 1 hour. Drain, and sparge with 3 gallons of 170 degree water for 15 minutes. Drain and add to the first run, bringing the total volume to a boil. Boil for 60 minutes adding 1 oz of Northern Brewer at the start of the boil, and 0.5 oz of Amarillo Gold at 15 mins left in the boil. Add Molasses at the end of the boil. Cool and pitch 1 tube of WLP001 yeast. Ferment as normal.
