Recipe Details
Tasting Notes It has a very strong coffee taste, in fact it almost taste like a carbonated coffee with hints of chocolate malt, very thick chocolate colored head. A very malty beer thats very delicious and great with any type of chocolate desert.

Procedure Steep grains for 30 minutes at 155F add malt extracts and boil for 75 minutes. add the coffee when there are 10 minutes left to boil. I used Gold Coast blend extra bold coffee, fine ground from starbucks.
