Procedure All grains steeped in 1 Gal of 158F water for 30 mins. Sparge with 1/2Gal of 158F water. Full boil the grain liqour plus all of the Light and Dark LME. Add 3.75Lbs hopped amber malt kit (Coopers Old Dark Ale) and Dark Brown Sugar at end of boil with heating turned off and let sit for 5 mins before cooling wort. Add wort to clean fermenter, top up to volume and seal with airlock. Rack after one week in primary and Dry Hop with EKG in secondary fermenter. Lager / Cold Condition for three weeks at 50F.
