Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Great citrus flavor from the centennial hops. Well balanced malty/sweetness provided by honey malt. Great head retention due to the carapils malt. I love this recipe I have made it four times, once with cascade because the brew shop was out of centennial. It was still good but not nearly as good in my opinion.
