Tasting Notes This beer ended up a lot darker for me than what this calculator says it should be. This beer was taken to a family X-mas party. The 8 people that drank it had never had a homebrewed beer before. The 5 gallon keg was gone in two hours. I think it went over well. I've been requested to make another 10 gallons for a up and coming wedding party.
